USE

When? Use AM & PM. Apply after treatment products and before moisturizer.
How? Using a spatula, apply a thin layer with your fingertip to the skin.
Where? Apply to skin underneath the eyes and around the outside corners of the eye area. Avoid upper eyelid and getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water
